Your Role:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to develop and implement effective, data-driven recruitment strategies that support business goals and elevate hiring outcomes.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles, from proactive sourcing to offer acceptance, with a strong emphasis on engaging passive talent.
  • Ensure accurate data management and audit readiness by maintaining up-to-date candidate records and workflows in the applicant tracking system.
  • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI tools to identify top-tier candidates, craft personalized outreach, and build diverse, targeted pipelines.
  • Write compelling job ads and outreach messaging to stand out in a competitive talent market.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions with agility, balancing urgency, detail orientation, and compliance in a fast-paced, metric-focused environment.
  • Provide a seamless and thoughtful candidate experience through timely, clear communication and proactive coordination across every touchpoint.
  • Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, align expectations, and drive consistency in process and messaging.
  • Monitor labor market trends, sourcing innovations, and recruitment tech to continuously refine your approach and introduce new tools and tactics.
  • Support university programs to build brand awareness and grow early-career talent pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience; HR or Business degree preferred
  •  5+ years of proven experience as a corporate recruiter, preferably within technical or engineering sectors
  •  Track record of successfully recruiting entry-, mid-, and senior-level professionals within the engineering vertical
  •  Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Taleo experience preferred
  •  Expert in sourcing both active and passive talent through LinkedIn and other social platforms, using strategic search techniques, filters, and engagement tools to uncover and connect with hard-to-reach candidates
  •  Skilled at partnering with and advising stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  •  Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance
  •  Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and data-driven team player with the ability to juggle multiple open roles
  •  Strategic, solution-oriented thinker with a forward-looking mindset
  •  Experience managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion
