You'll collaborate with a specialist team of environmental scientists, engineers, geologists, hydrogeologists, chemists, and remediation specialists to deliver complex site investigation and remediation projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage medium to large-scale contaminated land projects from conception to completion.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants.

  • Deliver high-quality reports, proposals and communications for clients and regulators.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to business development opportunities alongside senior leaders.

  • Navigate stakeholder engagement with government agencies and regulatory bodies.

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary specialists across Australia on major national projects.

 


About You'll Need:

  • Degree qualified in Environmental Science/Engineering or related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.

  • Minimum 8 years' professional experience in contaminated land projects, ideally within a consultancy environment.

  • Strong knowledge of National and Victorian environmental regulations, guidelines, and reporting standards relevant to contaminated sites.

  • Strong project management skills with a focus on quality and delivery.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.

  • A commitment to safe, environmentally responsible project delivery.
