Tetra Tech is looking to add a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to our team. This is a part-time (as needed), temporary position. The selected candidate will be responsible for research and development of text and graphics for proposals and collateral marketing materials. This includes development of Statements of Qualifications, case studies, resume briefs, and summaries of capabilities of high-level qualifications of multi-discipline teams. The selected candidate must be able to distill technical information and work independently on projects with aggressive deadlines. The pay scale for this position is $60-$75 an hour, based on qualifications and experience.
Your Role:
- Gathering data needed to respond to Request for Proposals
- Coordination with technical staff for the development of project profiles and personal biographies
- Tailoring content to fit client needs for specific projects
- Preparation of project documents in MS Office Applications
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in international development space developing comprehensive marketing collateral
- Direct experience with USAID, World Bank or Asian Development Bank is required
- Previous experience working for a large planning & engineering consultant is preferred
- Ability to support large multi-disciplined technical teams on concurrent projects is required
