KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Shipments: Oversee the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. This includes preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are documented correctly. Verify shipment contents against records to ensure accuracy.

Communication: Collaborate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, and vendors to coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Physical Handling: Load and unload packages, ensuring that goods are packed securely and labeled accurately. This may involve operating machinery such as forklifts.
Documentation: Maintain logs of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately. Document any damages to inventory and report discrepancies. Work with Field Personnel and Buyers to close out orders that were delivered.
Delivery/Pickup: Utilizing the Company Truck/Trailer, pick parts up from Suppliers and Deliver to field locations. Will also be required to take tools to locations at times.
Asset Tracking: Check in Tools when returned to shop and ensure that they are operable, if not coordinate to have them repaired. Issue Tools for new employees and projects.

- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Some positions may prefer candidates with additional education in logistics or supply chain management.
- Experience: Previous experience in shipping and receiving operations is often preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control is beneficial.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential. Basic computer skills for maintaining electronic records are also important.
- Forklift: Be licensed or willingness to be licensed to operate Forklift.
- Physical Requirements: The role often involves physical labor, so candidates should be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Driving Record: Maintain Good Driving Record.
- Computer: Light to Moderate skills required
