Tetra Tech has an excellent opportunity for a Structural / Senior Structural Engineer within the Belfast office, to become part of a team working on a variety of high profile projects throughout the UK & ROI.  The post will offer the successful applicant an interesting, challenging and varied workload as well as allowing them to develop personal and professionally, as a Technician. 

The Role:

·       Undertake engineering design (to EuroCode/BS)

·       Provide technical assistance to the members of the Structural Engineering teams

·       Assist in the delivery of projects on time and to budget

·       Work under the supervision of the Project Engineer(s) and the Design team leader

·       Assist in design reviews and verification checks

·       Undertake site visits and surveys

·       Ensure compliance with all legislation, regulations and site procedures or instructions

·       Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, statutory bodies and stakeholders

About You:

·       MS Office/ MS Teams skills

·       Minimum 2 years industry experience

·       Experience in the use of AutoCad / REVIT

·       Experience in the use of structural engineering design software

·       Commitment to achieving professional qualifications in engineering/chartered status

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Self-motivated
