The Regional Construction Manager will be based in the Cleveland, Columbus or Pittsburgh area and will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of 45 – 55 stores and will be able to make decisions independently. Other responsibilities include:
•Responsible for meeting with store management to discuss repair and maintenance and or remodel projects, negotiate bids, and execute plans
•Ability to lead and manage multiple construction crews and projects
•Strong mechanical background and technical knowledge of building services
•Must be proficient at negotiating, networking and using resourcing techniques
•Serving attitude, willing to go above and beyond to make sure job is done right the first time
•May come in contact with company trade secrets, confidential information, and intangible assets

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: Minimum 5 years related facilities maintenance experience with multiple entities
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
Certifications: Preferred certifications in HVAC and OSHA
