Estamos em busca de um(a) Aprendiz com as seguintes habilidades e características:
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação escrita e oral.
- Iniciativa para buscar informações constantemente.
- Orientação para trabalho em equipe.
- Conhecimento em MS Office, Word, Excel e navegação na internet.
- Habilidade em administração do tempo e organização.
- Proatividade e disposição para aprender.
- Bom relacionamento interpessoal.

Responsabilidades e Escopo de trabalho:- Organização e criação de arquivos e documentos em geral;
- Realizar e organizar pesquisas na internet;
- Agendar e coordenar a logística de reuniões;
- Apoiar na logística de eventos (carta convite, passagem, aquisições);
- Revisar documentações recebidas para a elaboração de contratos;
- Dar feedback para os clientes sobre os status das solicitações;
- Preenchimento da planilha de controle de contratos;
- Enviar alerta de vencimento de contratos;
- Preparar relatórios dos números dos contratos.
- Estar cursando ensino médio ou ter finalizado.
- Idade entre 14 e 24 anos incompletos (exceto no caso de pessoas com deficiência, quando não há limite de idade).
- Ser assíduo(a) às aulas.
- Ser aplicado(a) e possuir boas notas.
- De preferência, estudando inglês.
