Schedule: Monday through Friday, days

Job Description: 

• Demonstrates skill in effective communication.
• Demonstrates skills in caring and is patient.
• Is flexible, detailed oriented and able to multi-task.
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently and know when to prioritize assignments.
• Demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with other nurses, the personal care aides and the other staff at Clark Meadows.
• Exhibits leadership skills through the supervision, education and oversight of the Personal Care Aides.
• Actively guards the confidentiality of sensitive information including but not limited to the patients, staff and the health system.
• Demonstrates the knowledge, skills and ability to provide care appropriate to the age of the residents.
• Ability to live the CARES values at all times

Qualifications: 

• Required New York State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Basic First Aid Certification

Education and experience:

• Required: A graduate of an approved school of nursing 
• One year of nursing experience in an enriched living, adult community, similar housing environment or long term care.

Pay Range: $26.00 - $36.00

Starting Pay: Based on experience
