Schedule: Full time, Days
Pay Range: $18.71 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Main Function
- Working under the direct supervision of a clinical therapist, assists in the productive operation of a rehabilitation practice.
- Maintains the treatment area and preps therapy sessions, aiding in the transport of immobile patients as needed.
- Assists the practice in a variety of technical, non-clinical capacities, including treatment setups and routine patient care tasks, such as supervising Aftercare patients while they perform their independent gym routine.
- Assists therapist in the movement & transfer of patients with mobility impairments, and must be trained in proper methods of body mechanics for patient assistance.
- Maintains and cleans medical equipment, interacts with staff and patients, and occasionally covers the reception desk.
- Effectively implements the activities of designated discipline.
- Actively supports the mission, goals, and objectives of the Health System.
Qualifications:
- Current NYS Certified Nurse Aide Certification.
- The CNA must be in good standing with the NYS Registry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One-year experience as a Rehab aide/CNA preferred.
Pay Range: $18.71 - $25.00 per hour
