Job Description:
- Demonstrates skill in above average communication, gathering and disseminating information, and is customer service savvy.
- Exhibits good writing skills, proven skills in public speaking, and flexibility in decision-making. Proactively researches and solves problems.
- Has ability to: create and maintain complex documents that positively reflect the corporation and its values; prioritize assignments and work independently; develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with all types of persons/professions.
- Exhibits leadership skills in mentoring department administrative assistants and reception associates.
- Able to complete assigned projects with minimal direction.
- Possesses excellent communication and office management skills, and familiarity with health care organization and function.
- Actively guards the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Mature, energetic, and creative individual who demonstrates leadership qualities demanded in the rapidly changing health care environment.
- Possesses an expertise in the chosen field with additional knowledge base in management theory and practice.
- Previous demonstrated success in managing daily operations, budgetary, and personnel responsibilities is desirable.
- A willingness to learn to take risks, and to pursue excellence is necessary.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a healthcare or customer service organization is necessary.
- Management experience with program planning, supervision and development of staff, business plan development, and fiscal responsibilities required.
Pay Range: $62,000 - $68,000
Starting Pay: Based on experience
