Quality Equipment Finance, a Tom Wood Group in Indianapolis, IN is currently searching for a Commerical Collections Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges. Additionally, they will be dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage a team of experienced collectors to achieve collection targets and minimize delinquencies.
- Supervise the repossession coordinator to ensure efficient handling of repossessions.
- Motivate and inspire team members to maintain a positive attitude and focus on results.
- Continuously enhance our system's capabilities to improve efficiency and enhance customer contacts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated commitment to core values such as integrity, helping others, drive, and humility.
- Proven experience in successfully leading collections teams to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive and resilient attitude in the face of challenges.
- Experience in handling or managing repossessions.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to achieving goals.
- Understanding of commercial lending practices.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Familiarity with the trucking industry.
- Proficiency in Spanish language.
- Experience with Accurint or other skip tracing programs.
