Quality Equipment Finance, a Tom Wood group company, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is currently searching for a Commercial Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, with a meticulous approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to ethical conduct.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage queue of significantly past due accounts
- Conduct skip trace activities of delinquent accounts
- Follow with customers on NSF payments
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in collecting on commercial loans
