Tom Wood Volkswagen, in Indianapolis, IN is looking for a Lot Attendant to join our team!  The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our operations and ensure our lot operates like a well-oiled machine 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations. 
• Collaborate with teammates providing top-notch customer service to increase profits and customer loyalty. 
• Prepare the rental agreement while advising on and up-selling vehicles and optional extras to the customer according to their needs. 
• Guide customers through the rental process using empathy, empowerment, and problem-solving skills to provide a memorable experience to delight the customer. 
• Assist customers with returns, future reservations, and any requirements or concerns they may have. 
• Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Professional with excellent communication and customer service skills. 
• Maintains a high level of customer service, always being positive and outgoing. 
• Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn. 
• Has a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
