RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of dent damage.
- Identify the type of damage and determine if it is suitable for PDR.
- Work with precision and attention to detail to ensure the restoration of the vehicle's original appearance.
- Ensure that repaired areas meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, including before-and-after photos and repair documentation.
- Update repair logs and databases as required.
- Removes rust from metal, and grease and dirt from work surfaces.
- Maintains tools and keeps equipment clean and in a proper state of repair. Keeps work area clean.
- Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment
- Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management.
- Cooperates with and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of a formal PDR training program or apprenticeship
- Proven experience as a PDR Technician in an automotive repair setting
- Proficiency in using PDR tools and equipment.
- Detail oriented
- Has effective communication skills
- Complies with safety requirements
- Is able to conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record
