Sixt Rent A Car, a Tom Wood Company, is looking for a high-energetic Rental Sales Agent to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations.
- Collaborate with teammates providing top-notch customer service to increase profits and customer loyalty.
- Prepare the rental agreement while advising on and up-selling vehicles and optional extras to the customer according to their needs.
- Guide customers through the rental process using empathy, empowerment, and problem-solving skills to provide a memorable experience to delight the customer.
- Assist customers with returns, future reservations, and any requirements or concerns they may have.
- Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Maintains a high level of customer service, always being positive and outgoing.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn.
- Has Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Full-time
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30a - 5:30p
