The Tom Wood Group, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is currently searching for a dynamic and experienced Title Clerk to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate will be meticulous in nature and driven by a passion for precision, while also possessing a history of demonstrated success in the field of title work, and an unwavering commitment to excellence!
*Competitive Pay Plan
*Monday - Friday schedule
*40 hour workweek
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process all vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
- Prepare tax and title documents
- Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
- Checks for accuracy in the application and ensure all information is correct and complete
- Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade ins
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Documentation Specialist a PLUS
- Prior experience as a Title Clerk
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills required- written and verbal
