Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time (0.9 FTE) Family Medicine physician to join our Primary Care Rivertown Team located in Grandville, Michigan.
Practice Features:
- Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Grand Rapids
- Practice currently has 3 Physicians and 4 APPs
- Office is open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, early morning/evening hours available
- Facility offers On-Site Lab and X-Ray
- Team offers diversity of medical backgrounds/skill sets with great resources
- Very close knit, collaborative office with a supportive environment
- Opportunity to teach residents, medical students, and fellows

Qualifications:
- Open to new graduates or experienced physicians
- Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible
- State of Michigan license required at time of employment
- DEA license
- ACLS & BLS certified
