• Instant volume and established referral patterns
• Sleep medicine is an option for board-certified sleep physician
• One week in hospital, two weeks in clinic
• MercyOne Waterloo campus has 14 Bed ICU
• Health system employed, clinic located on hospital campus

Compensation/Benefits

• $530K guarantee for 3 years + Production Incentive
• $20K Signing Bonus
• $100K Starting Bonus
• $30K Longevity Bonus at the beginning of year 2
• $15,000 Relocation Allowance
