Participates in the implementation of the patients plan of care (POC), collects information about the patients health status, monitors/reports changes in condition, and reinforces patient teaching either by phone or within the UAMS clinic. Delivers and documents care under the direction of an RN, according to the standards as defined by UAMS, American Nurses Association (ANA), Arkansas State Board of Nursing (ASBN), and set fourth by applicable nursing specialty organizations.
- Current and valid LPN license by the State of Arkansas and Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR Certification.
- Must have strong organizational skills and computer knowledge.
- Preferred One Year of clinical nursing experience , will also consider new grad.
- Preferred Child Immunization Experience.
