Responsibilities

The New Graduate RN Resident will provide direct patient care in one of the following specialty areas:

  • H6/A4- Hospital Medicine

  • F6/A7- Medical Specialties

  • Emergency Department

  • E4- Medical/Neuro Intensive Care

  • E5- Labor and Delivery

  • E6- Perinatal

  • E7- Med Oncology Transplant

  • F4- Trauma Progressive Care

  • F7- Stem Cell Transplant

  • F8- Cardiac Progressive

  • F9- Ortho/Surgical Specialties

  • H7- Medical Oncology

  • H8- Neuro/Neurosurgery
  • H9- Solid Organ Transplant
  • Behavioral Health
  • Surgical Services/Peri-op

New Graduate RN Residents must complete 1 year of experience and meet the program requirements to be considered RN I.  Please refer to New Graduate RN Resident Info Webpage for program details and FAQs. 



Qualifications

Required:

  • Only accepting RN New Graduates at this time.
  • Must obtain temporary or permanent RN license by start/hire date.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong work ethics.

Preferred:

  • Previous Patient Care experience

Selected applicants will receive an email from ‘SkillSurvey' requesting a minimum of three (3) references to be submitted.  Reference checking process is a requirement for all applicants and must be completed in 72 hours in order to be considered.
