The Imaging Services department at Union Health is looking for team members for the Terre Haute campus. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, fully committed to providing the highest quality health care experience and dedicated to supporting their team who work in a fast-paced environment. The Imaging Services team consists of Xray, CT, MRI, General Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Interventional Radiology. As a member of the Union Health Imaging team, you will play an integral role by assuring that services are provided within professional standards and organizational policies to assist patients who lean on the Imaging Services team for answers.

 

Essential Duties

  • Perform procedures, in a timely fashion, while demonstrating the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary to work with patients from pediatric through geriatric.
  • Follow physician's instructions, prepare, and operate all equipment, and position patients correctly to obtain the requested diagnostic images.
  • Create a positive experience for every customer, every day by believing in and practicing our core values of collaboration, transparency, integrity, stewardship, and being patient focused.

Basic Position Requirements:

Basic Life Support certification required for all modalities.

Xray:  

License from Indiana State Department of Health

Registered by the American Registry of Radiology Technology

CT:      

License from Indiana State Department of Health

Registered by the American Registry of Radiology Technology

CT experience preferred.

MRI:

License from Indiana State Department of Health

Registered by the American Registry of Radiology Technology

MRI experience preferred.

Ultrasound:

            Registered by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers

            General Ultrasound experience preferred.

Nuclear Medicine:

License from Indiana State Department of Health

Registered in Nuclear Medicine by the American Registry of Radiology Technology 

                                                or

Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board

Interventional:

License from Indiana State Department of Health

Registered by the American Registry of Radiology Technology

Interventional Radiology experience preferred.

 

Varying shifts available in multiple modalities.
