Essential Core Functional Requirements:


Establish and manage a governance structure for Active Directory.

Produce enterprise-level designs for Active Directory Domain and Federated Services, research/plan/execute migration to Server 2019 Domain Functional Level

Manage, maintain, and document Active Directory integrations using LDAP, Global Catalog, and Kerberos, NTLM and SAML.

Ongoing reviews of architecture landscapes to reduce complexity for migrations and consolidations

Maintain an upgrade path of all infrastructure services related to and contained in the Active Directory infrastructure.

Provide level 3 platform support, participate in off hour support for high severity issues.

Provide monthly Dashboards on all services

Monitor technology software/hardware licensing and support services

Experience in a complex enterprise level environment

Expert level insight into group policy organization, structuring domains, and migrations. Operational understanding of integrating AD with Azure.

Comprehensive background in managing Windows enterprise server with intimate knowledge of All Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems

Self-direction – ability to prioritize work and allocate time and resources effectively when given broad responsibilities

Working knowledge of system hardening preferred

Experience leading and delivering SCCM and other related solutions for deployments, tracking, remediation and reporting

Manage DNS, DHCP and Certificates


Other Functional Requirements:


Maintain level of knowledge of areas of responsibility through ongoing training and education

Mentor\Train other team members on industry standards and best practices

Provide direction or participate in troubleshooting of complex incidents, managing support tickets for incidents and requests effectively and efficiently.

Multi-tasking/Managing multiple assignments

Proficient on the use of MS Office, Microsoft Visio, diagram tools

Effective oral and written communication

Organizational and operational adaptability

Available to support a 24/7 environment and participate in on-call rotation

Team player, with ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with members of other IT disciplines.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or equivalent work experience, Computer Science or a related discipline

5+ years Enterprise Active Directory experience

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer - Preferred
