Position Summary:
The incumbent provides high level administrative, organizational and analytical support to Revenue Cycle. Incumbent is responsible to independently organize and manage specific processes and information, coordinate the exchange of confidential and complex information between these areas and internal or external constituents and to research and provide information in a timely manner necessary for Revenue Cycle leadership to make critical operational decisions. Performs routine clerical duties as requested.

Salary Range:
Hourly Rate Minimum $30.44 Midpoint $39.65 Maximum $48.86
Required Qualifications:
Ability to act independently to solve problems and develop recommendations for approval
Demonstrated advanced computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
Minimum 3 years experience working in a role that provides administrative support to a leadership position
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to create and produce complex reports using computer programs such as Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint and Visio
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of The Joint Commission requirements for personnel files
Knowledge of JCAHO requirements
Knowledge of UC policies and procedures
