Position Summary: 

The Coord-OR/Supply Chain is responsible for leading, implementing, measuring, and directing supply chain activities within the OR department at their facility.  The Coord-OR/Supply Chain is primarily responsible for supply chain operational processes, including requisitioning, receiving, inventory management, and fostering a collaborative environment with the facility clinical team.  In addition, this position works closely with the facility Supply Chain on date integrity, assist with the accuracy and efficiency of the preference card process, supporting the Supply Chain clinical resources if appropriate for margin improvement, and patient billing review and process integrity initiatives as asked or needed to participate.

Salary Range: 

 

Hourly Rate  Minimum   $21.04                   Midpoint               $25.53                   Maximum $31.58

 

Required Qualifications:

 

Highschool or equivalent, 5 year supply chain experience of supply chain. 

Preferred: 2 years surgery supply chain experience. Demonstrated advance knowledge of prior experience with supply management in Surgery.
