Position Summary: 

The Physical Therapist II provides a full range of physical therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning.  The essential functions listed below are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties that may be assigned to this position, nor does it restrict the duties which may be assigned to this position if such duties reasonably relate to the position.

Salary Range: 

 

Hourly Rate  Minimum   $59.32                   Maximum $65.91

 

This position may be filled as a PT I or PT II

 

Required Qualifications:

 

 

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

If assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval will be required within one year of hire if qualified for CCS paneling requirement

Minimum 5 years' experience as a licensed physical therapist (PT II)

Physical Therapy License or proof of eligibility from California Board of Physical Therapy

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

 

Licenses and Certifications:

Basic Life Support(Required)
