Description

The School of Economic, Political and Policy Sciences is seeking a part-time lecturer to teach undergraduate or master level courses on an as-needed basis for the Department of Public and Non-Profit Management.

Minimum Education and Experience

An earned graduate degree appropriate to the academic discipline/topic and a record of productivity and professional achievement.



Preferred Education and Experience

An earned Master's degree in Public Administration/Public Affairs, Political Science, or a closely related field is required. College-level teaching in an institution similar to UT Dallas is preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence.
Prepare and teach graduate and/or undergraduate classes.
Mentor and advise graduate and/or undergraduate students.
Contribute assessment information and data as requested.
