
Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the strategic development of branded experiences across retail branches and corporate offices, ensuring they reflect our values and maintain brand consistency, aligning with the overall brand identity.
- Collaborate with retail team, design, and facilities teams to guide the signage and environmental branding of physical spaces.
- Partner with People Resources and Communications to align employee experience touchpoints--onboarding, office culture, events, and recognition--with our brand narrative.
- Develop employee-facing brand programs and toolkits to bring brand values to life within the workplace.
- Formulate and implement detailed annual strategic plan for branch brand presence, manage budget and allocate resources effectively across branches.
- Develop and implement strategies for selecting, creating, and distributing promotional items that align with marketing campaigns and brand identity while creating uniformity within the branch network.
- Ensure media executions are consistent with the overall brand experience and contextually relevant to their environments (e.g., transit, retail corridors, community hubs).
- Analyze customer, market, and employee research to uncover insights and pain points that inform experience strategy.
- Develop experience KPIs and feedback loops to continually optimize both physical environments and brand-driven interactions.
