Overview
The HRIS Apprentice provides support for the company's Human Resources systems. The role assists the HRIS team primarily with system support, maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting/analytics, and training. The role may also assist with system configuration and enhancements, security, internal and external interfaces, and user testing.

Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities / Essential Job Functions:
• Troubleshoots questions and issues as they arise related to the HRIS system including but not limited to HR, Time, and Payroll.
• Routinely audits employee data to ensure accurate setup and compliance with HR system requirements.
• Creates and/or generates reports.
• Assists in reviewing HR system documentation to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
• Collaborates with the HRIS team to manage system release notifications, complete system testing, and review configuration updates.
• Supports the HRIS team with system upgrades, enhancements, and new HR system implementations.
Qualifications
• Education: Working towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology or General Studies is required; . preferably, in the last year of study. • Experience: Enrolled in an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Program. Experience in a business environment is preferred.

Pay Range
USD $18.78 - USD $22.07 /Hr.
