Bring our culinary dishes to life as a vital member of The Darwin team. As a Line Cook, you will carefully and safely prepare food according to direction and server orders. Maintain a safe and welcoming kitchen environment by performing general cleaning and maintenance of food and beverage prep areas. Ensure food safety through proper dating and rotation of food containers, safe storage of perishables, and maintaining a sanitary work environment. Be responsible for checking pars for shift use, ensuring correct amounts are pulled for prep, and noting items that need replenishment.

Seeking individuals with basic reading, writing, and math skills, and some kitchen experience is preferred. This role may require working nights, weekends, and/or holidays. As a Line Cook, you should have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently stand up and move about the work area, handle objects and equipment to maintain the facility, and work in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. One to three months of related experience and/or training is also preferred.
