Now Hiring a Corporate National Accounts Representative in Longwood, Florida!!

 

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Waste Pro Corporate National Accounts Representative serves as a liaison between National Account customers and Waste Pro Divisions. The primarily responsible being continued monitoring of the Waste Pro National Accounts email inbox and responding to customer communications promptly.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Send customer request for temporary roll-off services to sales manager/representative. Upon receipt, send quote to customer for approval.
  • Obtain customer information for completion of roll-off orders and send designation division. Communicate delivery schedule and provide customer confirmations, and follow up on orders as needed
  • Assist with directing service and service issue e-mails to the correct dispatch/operational contacts. Follow-up with customers and division as necessary, research accounts in Tower, and escalates issues to Manager as need
  • Assist with service and billing discrepancies. Direct service issues to correct divisional contact and partner with the divisions for resolution, if needed
  • Process RFP's as requested by customer. Maintain bid spreadsheets that contain data from RFPs by requesting pricing from sales contacts and consolidating into one document by specified due date
  • Process Publix requests for service and reports of misses or issues
  • Audit national account invoices monthly.
  • Audit scheduled compactors hauls, as needed.
  • Assist with annual price increases by sending out and tracking certified letters
  • Respond to website inquiries unrelated to National Accounts and send to the appropriate division.

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Employees in this job classification must attend and participate in corporation sponsored training courses as assigned.
  • Employees in this job classification are responsible for keeping up to date on current technology, as job appropriate, being used by Waste Pro USA.
  • Any additional job duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Ability to handle a heavy volume of calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to react well under pressure and treat others with respect
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to Prioritize and plan work activities
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team to ensure exceeding the call center's standards.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a professional and polite manner
  • Ability to multitask and adapt and deal with frequent changes in the work environment, manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to service.
