<p><strong>Executive Assistant to the CEO</strong><br><em>Hybrid | Denver, CO</em></p> <p>Are you a master of organization with a strategic mindset and a passion for meaningful work? Join <strong>WellPower </strong>as our <strong>Executive Assistant to the CEO</strong> and play a pivotal role at the heart of our mission-driven organization.</p> <p>In this high-impact position, you'll work side-by-side with our CEO, helping drive forward bold initiatives, major partnerships, and Board engagement. From managing complex calendars to coordinating key executive meetings and public events, you'll be at the center of it all—ensuring communication flows, projects move forward, and leadership stays aligned.</p> <p><strong>Salary Range: </strong>$91,732 - $101,408 per year</p> <p></p> <p>WellPower is committed to fair and equitable hiring with salaries based on relevant factors, such as work experience, education, and certification/licensure (rather than wage history). For a full description of benefit offerings, please visit: https://wellpower.org/workplace-of-choice/.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide proactive, high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and Executive Team.</li> <li>Serve as a trusted liaison across departments and with the Board of Directors.</li> <li>Draft and manage professional correspondence, meeting materials, and executive communications.</li> <li>Partner with teams across Marketing, Philanthropy, and Public Policy on high-profile projects.</li> <li>Help plan and execute key organizational events, including Board meetings and community initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives.</li> <li>A polished professional communicator who can maintain confidentiality and build trust.</li> <li>Expert calendar and meeting manager with strong tech skills (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams).</li> <li>Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience supporting executives).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why You'll Love It Here:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Mission-Driven Work</strong>: Be part of a team that's making a difference in the Denver community every day.</li> <li><strong>Visibility & Impact</strong>: Work directly with executive leadership and influence organizational success.</li> <li><strong>Growth & Challenge</strong>: No two days are the same.
