RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Order and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests</span></li> <li>Provide consultation to staff, participate in staff conferences and serve on committees.</li> <li>Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities</li> <li>Function independently to perform appropriate history and physical for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill patients.</li> <li>Implement interventions to support the patient to regain or maintain physiologic stability</li> <li>Monitor the effectiveness of interventions.</li> <li>Facilitate the patient's transition within and between health care settings.</li> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals.</li> <li>Complete medical records and reports, and provide needed referrals to medical services.</li> <li>Coordinate care with respect to access to services, lab tests, case management, primary clinician, Nursing.</li> <li>Valid Prescriptive Authority in the State of Colorado in good standing.</li> <li>3 years of experience in relevant clinical setting with understanding of psychiatric services in the
