You'll help ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams, track key data and workflows, and collaborate across departments to support internal mobility, onboarding, and recruitment operations.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own job posting and job description maintenance across platforms</li> <li>Respond to candidate and hiring manager inquiries with warmth and clarity</li> <li>Track internal applicants and support offer workflows</li> <li>Maintain data integrity across the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR systems</li> <li>Coordinate interviews and support recruiting events</li> <li>Assist with reports, dashboards, and recruiting metrics</li> <li>Help make our talent brand shine through materials and candidate experience</li> <li>Partner with People Operations to ensure a welcoming onboarding process</li> </ul> <p><strong>Position “Must Haves”:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, project coordination, or administrative operations</li> <li>A knack for organization, multitasking, and keeping the details straight</li> <li>Top-tier communication and customer service skills</li> <li>Confidence navigating Microsoft Office tools (especially Outlook & Excel)</li> <li>proactive, self-starter mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Can Expect:</strong> </p> <ul> <li><strong>Starting salary:</strong> $27.01 - $29.48/hour ($56,189 - $61,328.00/year), plus a comprehensive benefits package.</li> <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time, typical office hours (Mon – Fri, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.), with flexibility.</li> <li><strong>Work style:</strong> Hybrid/remote work arrangement (Colorado residency required).</li> <li><strong>Culture:</strong> A supportive, innovative and person-first environment that fosters respect and accountability. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Let's make a difference together.
