Role responsibilities:

Let your skills shine as a Family Medicine Physician.

With no two patients or days alike, you'll collaborate to provide out-of-the-box, patient-focused strategies. Here are a few of the responsibilities you can expect:

• Provide comprehensive primary care, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical conditions for patients of all ages.
• Build long-term patient relationships and ensure continuity of care.
• Promote health through education and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and refer patients to specialists as needed.
  • Participate in a rotation of late day and/or on call coverage needs.
• Assist in oversight of medical and/or NP students as applicable.
• Partake in utilization management, quality improvement programs, community drive outreach programs, as may be reasonably requested.

Qualifications:

What you'll need as a Family Medicine Physician.

• Graduate from an accredited Medical School.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician.
• Active New York Medical License.
