Job Overview:
The F&B Inventory Clerk will receive and deliver items/products for the Food and Beverage department. In this position one shall be responsible for the deliveries to/from the warehouse and assist in inventory counts as needed and keep the warehouse clean/orderly. The F&B Inventory Clerk shall act as the receiving/warehouse agent on behalf of PCI Gaming in accordance with the Internal Controls.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receives Food and Beverage inventory from shipping/receiving area.
• Stocks the Food and Beverage outlets and storage area appropriately.
• Actively rotates all food items and checks for expired items.
• Audits storerooms and storage to maintain consistent quality, sanitation, and inventory
• Assists in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas.
• Inputs data to applicable inventory/purchasing software
• Performs daily recaps and generates assigned reports
• Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies.
• Ensures that all trash cans are changed on a regular basis.
• All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
• Must have and maintain valid state-issued operator driver's license
• One (1) year related warehouse/receiving experience required, preferably in a hotel/casino environment
• Basic understanding of computerized inventory/purchasing systems such as Stratton Warren or any other warehouse management system – preferred.
• Knowledge of computer programs such as Windows Word, Excel, and Outlook – preferred.
• Ability to become skilled using current inventory system within 60 days of hire date as a condition of continued employment
• Ability to use all equipment associated with the position including manual and powered pallet jack, fork lift, hand truck, cart, and electronic scale
• Ability to stand for extended period of times, climb ladders, and must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds (skills test will be administered)
• Must be able to work in a harsh environment – freezers, coolers, etc
• Must be able to endure outside elements/conditions – heat, cold, wind, rain, etc
• Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
• Must have a Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
• Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
