The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Digital Fundraising Senior Specialist will be responsible for digital fundraising and acquisition initiatives, to include programmatic advertising and paid search advertising.


 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of an expanded upper funnel programmatic strategy to include connected TV, digital radio, video, and native advertising.

  • Develop the strategy for programmatic and banner retargeting campaigns in conjunction with the digital fundraising agency.

  • Work with digital fundraising agency on the execution of all programmatic campaigns to include creative development, live QA, A/B testing, and optimization.

  • Evaluate and evolve the strategy for programmatic audiences as tracking and targeting changes occur in the marketplace. Explore data modeling and first-party data opportunities. 

  • Participate in the strategy and execution of all paid search advertisements in conjunction with the digital fundraising agency.

  • Engage supporters via multiple channels – solicit higher value donors and continually evaluate organization's position in consumer awareness.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and emerging channels.

  • Work with Direct Response Data Analyst to establish attribution reporting to measure the full impact of programmatic efforts.

  • Complete monthly reports for programmatic and search performance. Provide leadership with executive summaries including trends over time, creative findings, audience analysis, and other highlights.

  • Continuously analyze programmatic and search performance and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Assist in developing annual digital fundraising budget including revenue forecasts and spend for programmatic and search.

  • Collaborate with Direct Response Social Media Specialist to ensure a consistent digital fundraising creative identity across channels.

  • Collaborate with Marketing team on programmatic audience targeting to prevent self-competition.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in the marketplace.

  • Maintain repository of all programmatic fundraising documents including creative, reporting, executive summaries, project plans, and more.

  • Other related duties as assigned.

  • Strong knowledge of best practices for digital marketing, creative, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies, deliverability, list growth, etc.

  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task, work independently, and work well under pressure.

EXPERIENCE

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in digital marketing, direct marketing, or communications.

Preferences

  • Experience running programmatic and paid search campaigns.

  • Experience managing and/or working with direct response marketing agencies.

For Colorado Applicants: The estimated hiring range for this position is between $90,316 - $112,896 annual base salary, subject to a candidate's combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance incentive.

For San Diego, California and Tacoma, Washington Applicants: The estimated hiring range for this position is between $98,918 - $123,648 annual base salary, subject to a candidate's combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance incentive.

For New York Applicants: The estimated hiring range for this position is between $107,520 - $134,400 annual base salary, subject to a candidate's combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance incentive.
