Your Internship:
As an Intern on the Technical Account Management team (ATAM), you will partner with senior team members to understand the financial accounting and business operations functions in our Breeze product. You will have the opportunity to learn about our innovative software solutions, gaining valuable expertise and becoming a subject matter expert in the Proptech field.
Your Impact:
An Intern with our Technical Account Management team will:
- Explore and learn the Yardi suite of solutions specifically our Breeze product.
- Partner with the Technical Account Management team during client training sessions related to new software upgrades and functionality.
- Collaborate with the Technical Account Management team to assist with troubleshooting software concerns for our clients.
- Facilitate client software installation and configuration support under the guidance of senior team members.
- Be part of a great team and collaborate with team members across the organization.
Your Profile:
- Junior or senior level college hours with a major in Accounting, Economics, Computer Information Systems, Statistics or General Business.
- Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Essential customer service skills and commitment to go the extra mile.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow processes.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability research and learn new concepts.
- Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities comfortably.
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience in Property Management Software Solutions
- Database or data warehouse courses as well as exposure to SQL and/or MS Access
