About the Role:
Are you passionate about digital marketing and love helping clients succeed? We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who thrives on building strong relationships, crafting smart strategies, and delivering results. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for clients—offering guidance, implementing campaigns, writing compelling copy, and tracking performance. You'll also stay on top of industry trends, train users on Yardi products, and collaborate across teams to make great ideas happen. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a knack for digital marketing, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Partner closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and deliver tailored digital strategies.
- Execute and optimize SEO, PPC, social media, and reputation management services using Yardi's best practices.
- Consult with clients to provide data-driven recommendations and ensure strong campaign performance.
- Act as a go-to resource for digital marketing product knowledge across the organization.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five (5) years' digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of SEO principles
- Working knowledge of PPC tactics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proficiency with modern marketing platforms, including Google, Facebook, and Instagram
- Knowledge of current content management systems
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Annual Salary Range: $72,800 - $81,900
