Job Location: 230-79 International Airport Center Blvd., Suite 200, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413
Range of pay: $90,979 – $94,554
- Assist manager with the monthly/annual financial close process including the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP principle.
- Reconciled, analyzed, and substantiated trend analysis of balance sheet accounts.
- Assist with intercompany transactions and handled intercompany invoices settlement.
- Review monthly Selling, General and Administrative (SG&A) expenses, and composed expenses analysis. Delivered variance analysis, and presented data interpretation of results. Reconciled monthly bank deposits with journal ledgers, and prepared bank summaries for J-SOX audit.
- Record journals entries on general ledger account including, but not limited to preparing daily, monthly & yearly transactions, journal entries and recording of adjustments.
- Tools: MS Office Suite (Excel: Pivot Tables, Array Formulas) |Oracle/JD Edwards | CargoWise/Yunas | Dynamic 365 |.
- Ability to work from any location in the U.S.
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Business Administration or similar PLUS 2 years of experience in the job offered or similar.
Alternative education and experience requirement: Master's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Business Administration or similar with No professional experience required.
Skills requirement: Accounting ethics. Accounting information systems. Auditing information systems. Employer will accept any amount of graduate coursework, graduate research experience or professional experience with the required skills.
