The Department of Medicine at Albany Medical College is seeking a Chief to lead our experienced and highly respected Division of Rheumatology. As Chief of the Division, the successful candidate will oversee all activities of this academic unit. The qualified candidate would also be academically focused with outstanding clinical skills and also may possess ultrasound certification for this position in our growing practice. In joining our faculty, the successful candidate will enjoy ample opportunities to teach medical students, residents and Rheumatology fellows.
Albany Medical Center Hospital is a large academic hospital in the city of Albany, a level 1 trauma center, and the regional referral hub for both adult and pediatric specialties. Additionally, a new Pediatric Emergency Department is opening this summer.
