Title: Front Line Leader
Supervisor: General Manager Purpose: Responsible for helping direct fluency on the front line and drive thru. Will actively promote the organization to meet all front of store operational goals. This position is active on the line all the time. Every action taken should be driven toward best possible customer satisfaction.
Requirements:Consistent delivery of all Front line and drive thru standards of operation. Proven consistency in promoting a team environment. Consistently positive attitude toward current and changing job duties.Demonstrated efficiency in performing front of store tasks.Consistent ability to meet and exceed the 90-second speed of service standard.Consistent ability to meet and exceed the 150 second speed of service standard.Working knowledge of how to approach the 1, 2, and 3 person drive thru system.Full working knowledge of all front of store training materials.Constant professional approach in regards to wearing full designated uniform and maintaining a positive image.Must be distinguishable among peers as being "a step ahead" in performing frontline tasks.Demonstrated flexibility for the store.Consistent respect given to all managers and team members.
ResponsibilitiesSupports management to maintain Front-line standards of operation.Positively and pleasantly represents the company in all customer service and employee interaction.Lead by example; Responsible for leadership in front line operations on their shift.Full certification and proactive approach to the front line position responsibilities.Monitors customer service interaction to meet company goals.Ensures the highest level of product quality is reached.Proactively monitors and enforces all cleaning and operational checklists for front line cleanliness.Insures stocking at the beginning and end of every shift.Motivates employees and helps provide an enjoyable atmosphere.Assists management in the delegation of duties while actively running a position.Assists management in training all front line employees actively.Assists management in the cash control responsibilities of the shift.The Front line Leader may be called upon to perform tasks not listed in this description.
