Description

This position reports to the Manager of Energy & Analytics. The Energy & Analytics Coordinator will assist with the strategic initiatives of the department, including coordination of LED retrofits and energy management system installations, and will play a key role in managing HVAC and electrical work orders to ensure a safe and comfortable store experience for our customers and associates.

Job Responsibilities         

  • Manage HVAC and electrical repair requests through Service Channel
  • Utilize energy management systems and other available resources to identify resolution strategies
  • Assist with the execution of approved energy initiatives
  • Coordinate with Facilities Property Managers and store teams for capex project schedules
  • Implement modifications and special event schedules for EMS/BAS
  • Communicate with stores and regional management to align energy strategy with store operations
  • Provide on-call support nights and weekends for emergency service as needed

Expected Hours of Work and Travel

This is a Monday – Friday position with some on call nights and weekends. This position is based out of the Home Office, with flexibility to work remotely 3-4 days per week if desired.

Required Education and Experience

  • Associate degree or higher in relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Microsoft Word,  Excel

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Service Channel experience preferred

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:

$68,000 - $90,000
