WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? System support for all department primary applications/systems and system interfaces. Responsible for all testing of system implementations, updates, and enhancements required for the department's operations units. Works Directly with Technical Support, Vendors, and user departments to resolve any processing issues or system outages.

Banking and Investment Services Division
Banking and Investment Services plays an integral role in leading the strategic vision and execution of all banking operations. Our servicing and operations professionals partner closely with all of our lines of business to carry out critical functions, including client/deposit servicing, contact center operations, payments processing, and trade and lending operations, while identifying and mitigating risk throughout the organization. Servicing and operations professionals seek to transform and define an integrated support model through automation and cutting-edge digital technologies, to deliver an excellent experience for our clients and businesses.

  • Monitor all Primary system and related interfaces ensuring a high degree of system availability.
  • Perform system regression and integrated testing for all departmental system/ interface installs and updates.
  • Operations Support. (Operational Functions/Processes, Technical Support, Research systems issues, Procedures)
  • Serve as SME to other employees in the company regarding systems and processes for the operation.
  • Work with Technical Support, Vendors, and colleagues in other areas of the bank to resolve any system issues/outages.
  • Operational and system support for projects and initiatives impacting the operation.



  • Associate's Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years' payment operations experience at a Financial Institution

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong operations/systems background
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • Good understanding of Internal Control and Compliance requirements
  • Capable of making Independent decisions to address system Issues and outages referencing documented procedures and protocol.
