Description

Systems Admin and UX designer  

Cognizant is looking for a Systems Administrator with 3-5 years of experience with managing an LMS. This role will be responsible for building and developing a learner's journey on the provided LMS platform. Day to day responsibilities for this role include provisioning users, launching training material, and managing all assets and users in the LMS. Additionally this role will be required to support on-going and ad-hoc reporting requests. Experience working with global teams, across multiple time zones, cultures and languages preferred.

  Job Responsibilities

Define the best UX/UI experience based on the different types of learners and partners

Build, implement and maintaining the UX/UI based on different learner and partner types

Day to day management of all areas of the LMS (both web and mobile) across a global

set of partners

Responsible for provisioning users, launching training material, and managing all assets

and users in the LMS

Manage all reporting aspects of the LMS, both on-going reporting and ad-hoc reporting

requests

Full responsibility for the platform, required to learn every feature, functionality and

complete training on how to use the platform

  Skills & Qualifications  

Experience working with global teams, across multiple time zones, cultures and

languages

Experience working with Training & Enablement teams

Experience in both setting up and managing learning management systems

Experience defining, building and launching robust learning roadmaps on an LMS

Experience with mobile platforms

3 - 5 years experience in Systems Administration, specific to LMS

Project management experience

Ability to define and manage complex projects, execute within timelines and with

multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and to budget.

Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team

environment

Responsible for fulfillment of contractual obligations/completion of deliverables within

area of responsibility   Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
