As the full-time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Certified Occupational Therapist at Drew Memorial Hospital, you will evaluate and develop rehabilitation goals to increase self-care and instrumental activities of daily living for inpatients and outpatients with identified mental, developmental, or physical disabilities. Duties include evaluations; communication with patients, family members, and rehabilitation medical team members on a collaborative plan of care; and establishment of goals to enhance independence with activities of daily living in a safe, effective and reliable manner. Knowledge of computer-based documentation is a must.
Schedule: This full-time, exempt position will work at least 30 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday, day shift with on-call as needed.
About the Facility: Drew Memorial Health System is a non-profit, 60-bed, community-owned acute care facility that serves a population of 200,000 in Southeast Arkansas. Services include an Emergency Department, Surgical Services, Cancer Center Infusion Services, a Sleep Center, Women's Services, Imaging, Radiology, Respiratory, Rehabilitation Therapy, Inpatient and Outpatient senior Psychiatric Services, Wound Care, Home Health and Lab. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this Rehabilitation Department.This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Arkansas Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- One year of acute care and outpatient experience preferred
- (Flu) Influenza required for hire between October 1st-April 30th
- COVID-Full vaccination (required)
