Would you like to make an impact on a team? The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the delivery departments and their operations. In this high impact role, you will serve as a liaison between long term care facilities and delivery staff. You will also train all transportation personnel, coordinate work schedules and delivery routes, and monitor workflow to analyze patterns and trends. You will also have responsibility for staff, including reviewing and setting standards, conducting staff meetings for routing, and attending management meetings.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• P&L budget for delivery expenses
• Counsel staff regarding performance, and conduct annual competency assessments
• Coordinate all special deliveries with the operations supervisor on duty
• Maintain vehicles in good and safe condition to follow DOT, OSHA, state and federal regulations, as well as Omnicare policies and procedures
• Shift: Must be willing to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Also, must be available for 24 hour on call, if needed.
To be a successful Delivery Supervisor, you must respect the privacy, confidentiality, and security of patient information and property, which includes accessing only the minimum amount of patient protected health information needed to perform your role. You will follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA, and always display behavior which exemplifies the employee code of conduct guidelines. The successful Delivery Supervisor will have shown success utilizing their leadership experience and management skills to solve problems, and communicate well with the staff. The ability to collaborate with staff, and work well with fellow colleagues, is key to your success in this role. The contributions you will make as the Delivery Supervisor for Omnicare/CVS Health, will help position the company as a leader in service and client satisfaction in the Long Term Care marketplace.

• 1+ years of supervisory experience within a Transportation or similar industry
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, in good standing, with a clean driving record
