The Individual & Family Consumer Plans team is looking for driven, high performance leaders. This role is within the Strategy & Performance team and focuses primarily on monitoring and evaluating the financial and medical performance of our Individual ACA business which launched January 1, 2022. This position will require both executive communication skills and a strong analytical skill set. It provides an opportunity for a candidate to make their mark through ownership of the monthly operating reporting forum used to inform leadership on the emerging performance of our Individual block of business. The candidate who fills this role will be responsible for establishing and coordinating monthly meetings with Individual leadership to review performance to date. They will need to gather and review reporting from a number of other business areas (e.g., MEU, finance) in order to identify any areas of interest (favorable or unfavorable) and then to determine the drivers of those results.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, has experience building models, analyzing detailed datasets, and independently driving complex projects to completion, and can foster collaboration among business partners. Candidates must be comfortable presenting to executive leadership, and will need strong organizational and project management skills as owner of our department's monthly operating review meetings.

10+ years in Managed Care
ASA or FSA is helpful, but not required
Prior experience or familiarity with Public Exchanges helpful.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
