Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will be accountable for and manage the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of capabilities required to enable our federally regulated Transparency solution. Housed within the core Health Care Benefits IT Department, the Scrum Master will be responsible for managing the delivery of software and process changes required by Transparency business area. Collaboration with many entities across the CVS Health enterprise will be required, and solid communication skills are required to engaged with Commercial Business partners to understand and deliver their needs.
Fundamental Components
∙ Manage all IT aspects of a Scrum team
∙ Maintain accurate and timely tracking for all work
∙ Proactively lead assigned work by creating project timelines, identifying key milestones and additional resources needed to successfully complete the work
- Report out on project milestones, ongoing activities, and results
∙ Manage project budgets to a zero variance

Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
∙ Ability to communicate effectively with management.
∙ Ability to work collaboratively within work teams.
∙ Ability to think proactively and execute reactively.
∙ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization skills
- 5 or more years of IT Project Management or related experience

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a complicated environment under deadline
∙ Experience with Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe
∙ Proven experience meeting project deadlines
∙ Knowledge of tools (Clarity, RTC or Rally)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
