This position will be District Manager over LaGrange, GA - Opelika, AL - Auburn, AL - and nearby markets. Franchise operations would include Dunkin Donuts primarily with the inclusion of Little Caesar's as well as opportunity for further franchise growth.

The District Manager's primary focus is the implementation of corporate plans, budgets, marketing strategy, direction, profitability and accountability of company operated retail sites and their personnel.

The District Manager is fully accountable for the selection, training, appraisals, wages, development and performance of each retail store manager. Consistent delivery of superior customer service and site profitability are key performance measures for this position.

Qualifications:
• Must have prior management experience. Dunkin Donut experience required.
• Eighteen years of age or older with a Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to manage in a fast paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must be willing to work holidays and weekends

Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements include standing for long periods, sitting for long periods, and able to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, stoop, and climbing a ladder is required on occasion.
Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Salary and Compensation:
We offer a competitive starting wage. Qualified Salaried Managers may earn employment benefits including 401(k) retirement plans, medical, dental, insurance, and paid time off.
