Envision is seeking a PRN Emergency Medicine­ Physician to join our prestigious practice at HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital in Tamarac, FL. Formerly University Hospital in the Fort Lauderdale area, our 271-bed full-service facility has been serving Florida's Broward County community for more than 50 years. ABPS Welcome!

Position Profile:

• 23 beds, including 6 in fast-track
• 38,400 ER visits per year
• 2.1 pph
• 40 hours doc coverage Mon-Fri; 36 hours doc coverage Sat/Sun
• 24 hour of Advanced Practice Providers coverage
• 28% admission rate
• Extensive sub-specialty coverage
• EMR: Meditech, Pdoc, and dragon dictation
• Independent Contractor

Qualified candidates must be Board Certified/Board Prepared Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM),with­ ACLS, and PALS OR Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with at least 5 years of current ER ­experience,
